On July 15, 2022, the General Department of Customs issued Decision No. 1399/QD-TCHQ promulgating a pilot program to support and encourage businesses to voluntarily comply with the customs law.
Accordingly, this Program is implemented in 2 phases.
Phase 1: Pilot for 2 years from the date of issuance. At the end of the period, a summary will be made to measure, evaluate and amend and supplement the program to suit actual requirements.
Phase 2: Formal implementation is carried out after the end of the pilot phase and a preliminary review is held once a year.
The General Department of Customs has set a goal that, after 02 years of implementation, 100% of enterprises participating in the program will not violate the customs law and be assessed for their legal compliance at medium and high levels.

Within the framework of the program, participating enterprises will be facilitated, supported and guided free of charge on the contents of applying risk management and carrying out customs procedures for exported and imported goods, transit.
